Wee Waa is encounted when traveling the Walgett/ Narrabri Hgy. Or is an 80k round trip diversion to visit if travelling the north south Newell Hgy. Wee Waa is without doubt an interesting place name. The reason for the town name or the town inception is at this point not known.
